3.Structural composition
The structure of jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large pulley, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a side guard, a toggle plate, a toggle bracket, a clearance adjusting screw, a return spring, a fixed jaw plate, and a movable jaw plate. The toggles also act as insurance.
4.How it works
The PEYH series jaw crushers are powered by electric motors. The eccentric shaft is driven by the V-belt and grooved wheels through the motor pulley, so that the moving jaw crushes the material in a predetermined trajectory for reciprocating movement, so that it will enter the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw. The material in the crushing cavity composed of the plate and the edge guard is broken, and the finished material is discharged through the lower discharge port, so as to obtain the material you want.
