Utilizing a flange bolt connection method, installation, disassembly, and transportation become remarkably swift and effortless, significantly curtailing start-up time and enhancing operational efficiency. In contrast to conventional welded pipelines, even if compromised by external forces, repair or replacement of the pipeline is remarkably time-saving and labor-efficient.
  2. Outstanding Flexibility: This advanced sand transport pipe exhibits superior flexibility, with impressive tensile strength, robust strength, and remarkable elasticity. The tube wall maintains integrity under folding, squeezing, or impacts from internal and external forces. When connected in water, the pipeline demonstrates adaptability, bending effortlessly, with 4-8 pipelines capable of a full 360-degree bend, showcasing exceptional wind and wave resistance. When connecting on land, surfaces with up to a 30-degree angle can be directly linked without ground adjustments.
