The structure of jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large pulley, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a side guard, a toggle plate, a toggle bracket, a clearance adjusting screw, a return spring, a fixed jaw plate, and a movable jaw plate. The toggles also act as insurance.
The PEYH series jaw crushers are powered by electric motors. The eccentric shaft is driven by the V-belt and grooved wheels through the motor pulley, so that the moving jaw crushes the material in a predetermined trajectory for reciprocating movement, so that it will enter the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw.
